Preparatory Course for Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualification (SCAQ) Professional Programme - Financial Reporting Module
This course will prepare candidates pursuing the SCAQ Professional Programme to meet the learning objectives of the Financial Reporting module. You will learn about the conceptual framework for financial reporting, regulatory requirements, recognition and measurement of assets, and other financial topics that build on knowledge, skills, and values achieved during your undergraduate studies.
This course is also suitable for participants who are not seeking SCAQ qualifications but would like to learn about the Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and its application in financial statements. It improves your understanding and helps you to develop business acumen built on your organisation's financial backbone.
About SCAQ Professional Programme
The Singapore CA Qualification (Professional Programme) develops higher order skills of application, analysis, synthesis and evaluation. This advanced knowledge together with the practical experience gained at work in an Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) prepares accountants to be trusted business advisors in demand for the future economy.
