Asset Management
Learners will appreciate and understand the essential elements of real estate asset management which are fundamental to achieving superior cash flows and returns. The course covers the management of leases, vacancies, operating expenses to generating sustainable cash flows and know-how on adopting pro-active asset management strategies and tapping into state-of-the-art technology/proptech to stay ahead of the game.
The course will prepare learners in providing customised asset and property management advice and services essential for property and facilities managers, real estate developers and real estate marketers.
