Fundamental analysis of stock using financial ratios and projected cash flows
Most financial investments relate back, directly or indirectly, to the ability to value a company or organization. Thus, stock valuation lies at the core of financial investment skills.
The best approach to stock valuation is fundamental analysis. It provides the rigor in estimating stock price changes according to new information such as company announcements and global news.
