Overview
Understand digital disruption and identify potential opportunities for your business
In our hyperconnected, rapidly evolving world, businesses are being disrupted faster than before. This course starts with an overview of these digital disruptions – Platforms and two-sided markets, big data, cloud computing, machine learning and artificial intelligence, blockchain, and the internet of things (IoT). With an understanding of these terms, participants are then challenged to think about disruption to businesses and future digital challenges arising from industry 4.0.
This course will utilise business cases to provide relevant and practical ways to appreciate the impact of industry 4.0 technologies and how they may be implemented in businesses.
It will teach participants to systematically approach various aspects of the threat of digital disruption and apply the concepts to their businesses. This will be done through a combination of cases studies, interactive discussion, and practical application.
